• What is the desired outcome of the piece? This will shape your primary message.
• Who is your audience?

General Graphic 和 Copy Guidelines

• All event promos need to have the 赌博游戏app logo. Click here to download.
  
  • Our color logo should be used on white or light-colored backgrounds.
  • Our white logo should be used on dark-colored backgrounds.
  • A good place 为 the logo is in the bottom right h和 corner.
    
• Images used should be clear 和 high-resolution. Increasing the size of a small image file will create blur 和 pixelation.
  
• Make sure to include the location, date 和 time of your event.
  • 地点: Be specific. Identify the room number, department, etc.
  • 日期: Clearly spell out the date, including the day of the week — 为 example, use Monday, October 16, 2023 instead of 10/16.
  • 时间: No need 为 unnecessary zeros (为 example, use 6 p.m. instead of 6:00 p.m.).
    
• Have a web address/URL to include? Omit the http://www. so that just the essential part of the URL appears. 为 example: meteonemonti.com or meteonemonti.com/apply.

Creating a Flyer 为 an Internal Event

• Click "Create a design" in the upper right corner of the Canva interface.
• 选择“Flyer (Portrait 8.5 x 11 in)"
• Take advantage of their pre-built template designs or create your own.
  
• Don't 为get to include the 赌博游戏app logo!
• Double check your event details 和 spelling. Seek approval from the appropriate department.
  
• Distribute digitally (email 凯利.cole@meteonemonti.com to include in the AlverKNOW) or print (print on campus if quantity is small; 为 quantities over 100, send to Digicopy).

 Creating a Poster 为 an Internal Event

• Click "Create a design" in the upper right corner of the Canva interface.
• Choose the option "Poster (18 x 24 in Portrait)" 或选择 Custom Size at the bottom of the menu. 提示: Digicopy offers a discount on posters that are 22 x 28 inches.
  
• Take advantage of their pre-built template designs or create your own.
  
• Don't 为get to include the 赌博游戏app logo!
• Double check your event details 和 spelling. Seek approval from the appropriate department.
  
• 打印通过 Digicopy or through a print servicing shop such as Office Depot, FedEx Office, Walgreens or Staples.

• Click "Create a design" in the upper right corner of the Canva interface.
